Tradewinds Realty : Eric Harding

Eric completed his BA from Dalhousie University as a visiting student at the University of Toronto. His passion for his summer job as a bicycling and sea-kayaking tour guide took him on many adventures serving small groups of discerning travelers on extraordinary active holidays. Travels in Mexico, Europe, and most corners of Atlantic Canada instilled a passion for travel and a great appreciation for home on the South Shore.

Eric's interests in fitness and recreation lead to four years as the recreation director at one of Nova Scoria's favorite resort hotels. Eric dabbled in marathon and triathlon training during this "fitness kick" period of his life.

Real estate, truly in the blood, was an inevitable passion and an important pursuit in Eric's career. Eric's father is retired from the real estate appraisal business, and his grandfather built a successful brokerage firm during his career. Eric is proud to carry on the family tradition of honest and fair customer service.
