Tradewinds Realty : Robert Emmerson

Robert was born and raised in the great port city of Halifax. He is a graduate of Dalhousie University with a degree in commerce, and a brother of Phi Delta Theta Fraternity. He was a small business owner for several years in Halifax. In 1995 he became a Realtor specializing in investment, residential and new home construction projects such as Bedford waterfront condos, Rockhead on the Peninsula, Stanley Park and Pioneer Avenue Rockingham (Provident Developments).

In 1997 Robert moved to the beautiful South Shore where he lives in an historic home in Chester. He has gained intimate knowledge and a strong interest in older homes and renovations.

Robert spent summers as a youth enjoying the waters of St. Margaret's Bay and now extends that love to the beauty of boating in Mahone Bay (without the water skis!). He enjoys tennis and occasionally duffing it around the golf course. Of the many causes worthy of support, Robert's greatest recognition is for the families and those afflicted with Alzheimer's disease and Rheumatoid Arthritis.
Robert continues to undertake professional development and constantly strives to ensure that his clients experience a smooth transition in buying or selling their home.
