Tradewinds Realty : Sheila Deveau

Sheila was born and raised in Cape Breton and attended Cape Breton University. Moving to Southwestern Nova Scotia in 1985 she settled with her husband and son in Meteghan. It did not take long for her to fall in love with the area and the people.

After ten years in hotel sales and accounting she accepted positions with both Tourism and Culture and Canada Select in 1996. Traveling throughout Nova Scotia she advised new and existing property owners in establishing and improving their accommodations. This required a strong knowledge of marketing and demographics throughout the province. As well she developed an eye for decor and staging required to better promote a property.

The enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism she brings to real estate will be a great asset in helping you buy or sell your property. She is delighted to be part of the Tradewinds team.

When not assisting you in buying or selling, you will find Sheila back country hiking with her spaniel Cayenne.
