Sanctuary by the Sea

With over 55 acres and more than 1400 feet on the Atlantic Ocean, this land is one of the few remaining oceanfront acreages on the South Shore. Unspoiled, undeveloped, with no noise from human activity, it is just for the quiet enjoyment of nature and the sea in all its moods. While anything could be built here, the most appropriate option would probably be an off-grid dwelling, that blends with the serene surroundings and takes advantage of the warm Nova Scotia sun and the view over Indian Bay. The property is surveyed, migrated, and has two access points, one through a right-of-way from Highway 331, and one on Indian Point Road. A trail leads through the forest to the best building spot. The area is known for its white sand beaches with roses and surf. The closest is Cherry Hill Beach, 9 km away. Rissers Beach and Crescent Beach are a pretty 25 minute drive along Highway 331.
